There is another broker using VIX75 in South Africa, If in UK they do not allow you, try this one, but I hear that sometimes when there is maintenance of the platform the broker does not inform clients in advance well, platform freezes for a while then after some time, it comes back to normal and this may be unpleasant when it happens.
